We take great care in creating each personalised bracelet to order. This policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund.

1. Personalised items
Because your bracelet is custom-made (including uploaded images and a unique NFC link), it is exempt from the usual “change of mind” returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
This means:
Once your order is confirmed and production begins, we cannot accept cancellations or returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We appreciate your understanding — each bracelet is created uniquely for you.
